Shanghai: 2006 was a big year for fashion-houses in China, with many staging regional or global events for the first time on the mainland. Dior continued to lead the way.
The Catwalk
To stage a parade of unprecedented scale in China, Dior asked RSP to re-create the stunning mirrored catwalk used in Europe for their premiere Press Presentation at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre. With seating for close to 1000 invited guests the presentation used scale and drama in impressive proportions to present their gothic collection at one of the most talked about events of the year.
The After-Party
Post parade, guests were ushered into the equally dramatic party room for the free-flowing champagne, and Dior hospitality which made the impactful statement that Dior was looking for.
